• ​Delivering a  new replenishment process for approximately 1,400,000 stock keeping  units (skus) for a national retailer in 1978/80.
• Establishing the educational manuals, tools, and workshops for training the organization on the replenishment system in 1980/87.
• Introducing Project  Management processes and procedures while acting as Project Management  Office for an 185 Million dollar distribution center in 1990/92.
  
• Facilitating the Corporate Business and Technology Study for a national retailer in 1992.
  
• Project Manager for inventory replenishment upgrade and a 6.2 million credit card re-launch for a national retailer in 1993/96.
  
• Corporate  Project Director for Year 2000 activities, overseeing 20 million lines  of code, on eight platforms with over thirty programming languages in  1996/2000.
• Director  of Information Technology for Financial Services for a national  retailer, replacing the legacy system and simultaneously supporting the  launch of a new credit card products and then a new Bank in 1999/2005.
• ​Project  Manager for a successful test of organizational compatibility,  logistical processing, and feasibility of an international partnership  initiative between two major catalogue retailers on opposite sides of  the Atlantic in 2007
  
• ​Project Manager for an accounting conversion project at another national retailer in 2008/9.
  
• ​​Project assessment and recommendations for a Canadian Bank undertaking a conversion project for their card product in 2009
  
• Project Management Consultant for an accounting transition project and multiple initiatives at a national retailer. in 2009/10.
  
• Program  Manager Symcor Technology Services for programs delivering new print  capabilities and e-presentment of statements for major Canadian  financial institutions in 2010/11.
